The OXO Good Grips Slice & Bake Cookie Helper is a set of 2 flexible silicone mats for shaping icebox cookie dough. Lay out the dough, roll it into a log, then secure it with the straps and end caps for chilling.
Built-in raised markings measure 1.5-inch, 1.75-inch and 2-inch dough for uniform slicing. Use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Slice on a separate board, never on the mat.
