At 12 inches across, this OXO Obsidian pan suits frying, searing and stir-frying for several servings, indoors or over the grill. Precision holes in the handle vent heat for grilling use.

Built from lightweight pre-seasoned carbon steel, it heats fast and evenly and builds a natural patina with cooking for easier release. Metal utensils will not harm the surface. It works on all stovetops including induction and goes in the oven to 660°F. A removable silicone sleeve slips over the handle for a cooler grip. Hand wash only to protect the seasoning.
