Description
Combining a measuring cup and sieve, the Tovolo Scoop & Sift levels flour, cocoa, powdered sugar and spices then sifts them lump-free over the bowl. Fine 20 mesh aerates dry ingredients for smoother batters.
A shovel-shaped front scoops directly from bags, the thick lip limits spills, and the handle holds steady over mixing bowls or finished cakes. The BPA-free tool rinses clean in the dishwasher.
