Pitting peaches without mangling them takes the right tool. The OXO Good Grips Peach Pitter uses sharp, stainless steel flared teeth and a flexible coring head that slides around any size pit.
It works for peaches, plums and nectarines while leaving the fruit intact. The soft, cushy handle absorbs pressure through a whole basket.
